Our Namoura a is semolina based cake that is topped with mixed crushed nuts and syrup.

Ingredients:
Semolina (Wheat Gluten),Water, Milk Powder, Coconut Powder, Sugar, Baking Powder, Butter Ghee (Milk), Cashew (Nuts), Pistachio (Nuts), Glucose Syrup (Wheat), Rose Water, Citric Acid, Tahina (Sesame).

Allergens:
Gluten, Milk, Nuts, Sesame.
