Our Macron Syrup Sweet is made using Semolina and Milk, the mix is fried and dipped in syrup. This sweet is traditional to the east Mediterranean region.

Ingredients:
Semolina (Wheat),Wheat Flour {(Wheat Gluten, Calcium, Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Sugar, Water, Sunflower Oil, Milk Powder, Yeast, Mahlab (Cherry Seed), Glucose Syrup (Wheat), Sulfur Dioxide, Stabiliser (E330)

Allergens:
Gluten, Milk, Sulfur Dioxide.
