Our Finger Baklava is created using layers of filo pastry and Cashew nut filling which are then rolled, cut in to small finger sized pieces and topped with syrup.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (Gluten), Vegetable Ghee, Butter Ghee(Milk), Sugar, Water, Cashew, Glucose Syrup (Wheat), Starch, Sunflower Oil, Rose Water, Citric Acid, Salt.

Allergens:
Gluten, Milk, Nuts

All our products are produced fresh, in our UK pastry kitchen. We consider traditional methods and ingredients to be at the forefront of importance in the production of our luxurious and traditional sweets and all our baklava assortments contain no artificial flavourings.
