Our Date Maamoul, is a made of semolina shortcrust pastry with a Date paste filling.

Ingredients:
Semolina (Wheat Gluten), Dates, Butter Ghee (Milk), Sugar, Milk Powder, Water, Sunflower Oil, Yeast, Vegetable Ghee (Soya), Mahlab (Cherry Seed), Rose Water, Blossom Water, Cinnamon.

Allergens:
Gluten, Milk.
