Our Bourma Cashew is created by rolling our Cashew filling within shredded pastry, this is then deep-fried, dipped in syrup and left to cool before being cut and portioned.

Wheat Flour (Gluten), Cashew, Sugar, Vegetable Ghee, Butter Ghee (Milk), Water, Glucose Syrup (Wheat),Milk Powder, Starch, Sunflower Oil, Citric Acid, Rose Water, Salt.
