Our Birds Nest Baklava is made by shaping our shredded pastry in to a nest that is then filled with whole Pistachios and baked in gee before being topped with syrup and rose water.

Ingredients:
Kataifi Pastry (Wheat Flour (Gluten), Corn Flour, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Soya Lecithin, Potassium Sorbate), Sugar, Pistachio, Vegetable Ghee, Butter Ghee (Milk), Water, Glucose Syrup (Wheat), Rose Water, Citric Acid.
