Our Balouria a is made with two layers or shredded Kataifi pastry encasing a wealthy filling of pistachios. it is then lightly baked and finished with syrup.

Kataifi Pastry (Wheat Flour, Water, Wheat Starch, Salt, Sugar, Vegetable Fat), Vegetable Ghee, Water, Pistachio (Nuts), Cashew (Nuts), Glucose Syrup(Wheat), Rose Water, Stabiliser (E330)
